After 2 decades in the same industry, I needed something fresh—something that would challenge me, push me, and reignite that fire. Reinventing myself wasn’t just an option; it was a necessity. Real estate gave me that edge, that rush. Now, I help others chase their next big move with the same drive that got me here. Hard work isn’t something I shy away from—it’s how I was raised. When I moved to Idaho as a kid, I got my hands dirty early. Rodeo? Did it. Shoveling waste in the stables for cash? No problem. Construction work? That became my bread and butter.
At 20, life threw me the ultimate curveball—I became a dad to my daughter, Taylor. The responsibility hit me hard, but failure wasn’t an option. I dropped out of college, took a full-time construction job, and never looked back. Over the years, my family grew—Haylee, Brody, and Everett—and so did my experience in the industry.
I spent 20 years in construction, mastering everything from excavation to home remodels, but HVAC became my specialty. When the 2008 market crash tanked the industry, I packed up and moved to Phoenix, AZ, where the heat guaranteed one thing—air conditioning was always in demand. Business was booming, and so was my life. A year after moving, I met my wife, Katie, online.
I built a solid career in HVAC, but after 2 decades, I hit a wall. I needed a new challenge. In 2020, I took a leap, got my real estate license, and jumped in headfirst. Talk about timing—lockdowns, no open houses, no networking. It was brutal. Selling HVAC systems was one thing, but helping someone buy a home? That was next-level. High stakes. Emotional decisions. Unpredictable markets. And I thrived in it. Looking back, that leap was the best decision I ever made. Real estate isn’t just about transactions; it’s about people, their stories, their dreams. I get to be a part of that journey, and that’s something I don’t take lightly.
When I’m not closing deals, I’m on my Harley, hitting open roads with Katie—sometimes just us, sometimes with a crew, but always chasing that feeling of freedom. I golf, I give back, especially during Christmas, helping distribute toys to kids through a domestic violence center in Phoenix.
If I’ve learned anything, it’s that it’s never too late to pivot, to take a risk, to bet on yourself. Real estate gave me a new sense of purpose, and I bring that energy to every client I work with. What makes me different? I actually give a damn.
Buying a home isn’t just a transaction—it’s a life move. My job isn’t to sell you on something; it’s to make sure you’re making the right decision. That starts with an in-depth consultation where I get to know what you need, what you want, and what you might not even realize matters yet.
I don’t sugarcoat. If a home isn’t the right fit, I’ll tell you straight. If it needs work, I’ll lay it out—pricing, remodeling, potential red flags—you’ll know exactly what you’re walking into. And I’ll challenge you with the big questions: “Can you see yourself here in 10 years?” “Is this the right investment?”
Patience is key. I won’t rush the process just to close a deal. Finding the right home takes time, and I’m here for it. Challenges? There’s always a way forward.
I specialize in residential homes, relocations, investment properties, and commercial real estate across Arizona. My goal? Make the process smooth, smart, and worth every step.
Sincerely,
